Conventional Spinning

The principle of metal spinning technology is that the metal blank sheet (tube material) is placed on the core die, while the blank sheet is pressed at the end of the core die through the tail top, rotated along the spindle with the core die, and the spinning roller moves along the core die. Under the pressure of spinning, metal plasticity is used to process the metal into the required hollow rotating body point by point.

In the spinning process, the shape of the blank is changed without substantially changing the wall thickness.
